Brand:  S.T. DuPont is a luxury brand founded in Paris in 1872 by Simon Tissot-DuPont.  The young entrepreneur cut his teeth as a photographer for Napoleon III and owned a carriage company before launching S.T. DuPont.  Simon became known for creating the world’s first luxury lighter.  The second generation took over and launched an Audrey Hepburn handbag and the brands first collaboration with Pablo Picasso who used the lighters as his canvas.  In 1973, S.T. DuPont create the first luxury ballpoint pen for Jackie Kennedy Onassis to match her S.T. DuPont personalized lighter.  In 2011, the French government commissioned a travel trunk set to gift Prince William and Princess Kate a wedding gift.  Today, the luxury heritage brand remains a go-to-favorite for high quality accessories.
