Brand: The Baume brothers launched the Baume brand in 1830 selling pocket watches out of a shop in Switzerland. By 1850, their reputation for quality watchmaking had grown and they set up a branch in London, an important center for international expansion. Today, Baume is owned by the Richemont Group and the sixth oldest watchmaker currently in operation. They are focused on sustainability using upcycled and natural materials in its interchangeable watch straps like cork, cotton, linen, and PET plastics.
